Kate McCarthy

Kate McCarthy is Professor of Religious Studies at California State University, Chico. She is the co-editor of Eric M. Mazur and also the author of Interfaith Encounters in America. She teaches courses in women and religion, religious pluralism in America, Christianity, feminist theology, and religion and popular culture. Additionally, she is a member of the Board of Directors of Chico Country Day School, a local K-8 charter school, and active in local interfaith activities.
