Adam Park is Research Fellow for Lived Religion in the Digital Age and contingent faculty in the Department of American Studies at Saint Louis University. His current book manuscript, Savage Saints: Muscular Christianity, Human Nature, and Fighting in America, 1858 – 2020, details the religious formation of aggression through boxing, professional wrestling, eastern martial arts, and contemporary mixed martial arts.
